Adsum and CRS working in partnership
As CRS is a specialist provider to a niche marketplace it was recognised that to continue an exponential business growth that a strong and coherent message was imperative at every interface; be that personal, via the web, or within the organisations sales collaterals. Adsum Resource was commissioned to assess and develop 3 areas of the CRS business:
1. Providing a full review of CRS’s current collaterals with a view to identifying and developing documents including proposals, case studies and company brochure forming the constituent parts of a full sales ‘tool kit’ which would support revenue development.
2. Recommending and training into the sales team an operational process map which would be non-bureaucratic, consistent and would place the delivery of excellent customer service skills at its core.
3. Raising the profile of CRS by submitting an award entry to the prestigious CRN Channel Awards in the Service Provider of the Year category. This entry became one of the shortlisted finalists.
