Neil is a sales and business development specialist with over 12 years experience within the recruitment sector. He has a proven track record of achieving strategic sales objectives through big ticket wins, sound business ethics and integrity across a spectrum of recruitment industries. He clearly defines objectives and actively promotes creative business solutions to achieve sales and business development goals.
Neil applies professional communication, leadership and motivational skills to meet individual business requirements and has exposure to working with small, medium and large organisations.
Head of Adsum Resource, Neil consults with clients to develop sales and business development plans and assess new market opportunities. He implements business programs offering guidance and direction through sales mentoring and training to developing corporate growth strategy whilst also helping to prepare tender bids and submissions, presentations and the creation of sales material.
Mike Ellingham has provided specialist marketing services within the recruitment sector for over 15 years. Mike has a successful track record in creating, launching, rebranding and developing recruitment brands in the UK, Europe, Asia and USA. Mike is able to combine strategic marketing theory with hands-on knowledge of running marketing, sales and operations within successful recruitment companies.
He is experienced at working within small and medium sized operations as well as directing projects for PLCs with more than 1,000 staff.
Mike runs the Marketing services for Adsum Resource helping clients undertake research and insight studies, develop business plans, vision and values, marketing and candidate attraction strategy as well as hands-on implementation of re-branding, direct mail campaigns, PR, social media, advertising and award entry work.
